my Vanbhex is bug.

Sir admin. my gladiator is bug/stuck, but its not the same as the stuck thingy which requires the unstuck request, nope it has no effect. the server reseted and nothing happends. i also asked means about it and he said, he never encountered a problem like this. it happends like this. i can access my acount till character select and when i click my gladiator, it stays for a second and automatically quits in the game. and as u can see my gladiator is still online, its lying dead in gelk. i can pm it using my other char in the same account. and it is still online at the friend and guild window. need ur help sir admin.

 

You're supposed to request an unstuck then you're not supposed to log in until the next server restart. The request cancels itself when you log in. =d

 

I tried kicking the character out of game but it doesn't help. His game still closes itself after he attempts logging in again.

No idea why would the game close itself like that.

its due to system security... he will got dc again and again bcz his char still online.... Maybe teleport should help? but idk if teleport dead char is available..... if no the he must make request and dont log in yet until server restart like Dondee said so..

 

Actually! I didn't try that. Imma go do that right now. Maybe it will help.

Edit: Done. Try logging in again.

 

it's no use cuz maybe after you request an unstuck, you log in right away. No, you should wait until the next server restart. DO NOT LOG IN YOUR ACCOUNT. Not just the character itself. It cancels the unstuck request by itself.

 

It's not that man. His toon is online permanently. It's like as if he's just afk dead. I just resurrected him and ported him to Sanctum w/o him even being online.

@OP: Try logging in again. Your toon is now alive and in Sanctum. Hope it helps.

i had send request yesterday, and it dosnt work.

 

meanz already teleport your char.... try to relog twice... if still can't then send rquest again and w8 for server to restarts (just hope maintenance or server down soon)
