I have problem on moving camera

Hello there, i have problem when in game i hold the right click on mouse to turn around the camera but is stuck so hard look like freez but when i use W or D, S, A keys works fine,, i can not play pvp or do something else... I bought new mouse but still the same i checked the mouse speed in game but still the same...

If some1 had or know the problem please help me with answer. Thanks.

 

Screenshot your ingame options (the first tab, you can scroll down and take several screenshots) so we can see your settings. Also, did this start happening randomly?

 

Buy new PC too......joking....btw U sure that this is not lag??

 

Its start today morning the last night i was playing fine... i will upload the screens of 1st tab

 

Your settings look fine so they did not get changed accidentally. Gonna ask you to do a few things to find out where the problem is
1. Check any other characters you have if they do the same. If you don't have any, create a random one quickly and test if it works. If it does, then there is something wrong with your main. If it doesn't, then there is something wrong with the client or pc
2. Try a simple PC restart to see if it fixes it.
3. WSAD only turn the camera when the right click is not held at all so it sounds like the game doesn't register right clicks. Can you actually right click anything ingame? It should open chat dialogs on NPCs or right click menu on players.
4. What operating system do you use? If we determine it is a pc issue, you could system restore to few days ago and see if it fixes (win xp can't do it)

 

Had the same issue once or twice. Simple client restart fixed it for me. You could try a PC restart or a system restore as Smartik already pointed out. (If you're not on XP)

 

Had it once before but it was caused by an alt tabbing glitch under "windowed fullscreen" mode or whatever they call it. Yea client restart or PC restart tends to fix it, though this guy said he went to buy a new mouse so I would guess he tried restarts already xd Unless he has a lot of money to burn, I would guess you would check if your right mouse button works on your desktop outside the game lol.

 

Mhm. I play on Window mode too. (Pretty much the same as full screen but I can see my task bar programs) Like I said, it only happened once or twice and I somehow bugged myself using the warehouse lol. Restarted client and it was fine.

Maybe a system restore then? What windows are you using?

 

Never liked windowed only xd Fullscreen window looks identical to fullscreen but it is really a window with borders just outside your screen. That means that you get the full experience while alt tab is instant instead of the usual laggy crap most games have xD

 

Well i tried all the tips as Smartik1 said but i can not do system restore i am using windows xp, the mouse works normal at all things programs and games i can speak at npc with right click or player options for duel, trade and etc...

 

You didn't say whether it affects just this 1 character or all of them. That is the most important thing since it determines whether it is a server/character issue or a client/pc issue

In that case it has nothing to do with your game options (stored server side + set separately for each character), but with your client or pc. Did you try pc restart? I would also recommend going inside your aion folder and deleting system.cfg, it stores all graphics settings and other options, you will have to set them again the next time you run the game, but it might fix it.

 

If i delete the system.cfg how i can set it again to run the game?

 

It gets recreated automatically on next run with default settings

 

where exactly is that file?

 

In your Aion folder. No subfolders. It's there. Just use the search function and type in "system".
