curious about the Officer chat (/Command)

can characters that are non-commander rank really use this chat?
it's the gold-yellow chat (/Command)
I've seen some ppl in both sides use this and spamming nonsense...

Type .faction [message] to use it . xD
Doesn't matter if you're Commander/Officer or...any rank.

 

Only players of commander+ *Commander or Governor* are enabled to use this command.

Its this way on NA Retail as well. It only affects the region. You're also unable to block characters using such a command.

Thats likely a bug then.

Just don't go overboard with it =D Because its announced as such, its treated on official servers with a stricter punishment for abuse. Same will apply for Gamez.

No, thats /command. Like I said, not going to go out of the way to bother with it unless you're being racist or vulgar with it and its reported.

 

/Command isn't allowed for Rank1's, The chat that the guys are using in the screenshot is .faction and it's treated as Information Chat, it doesn't even has a cooldown

If not then, like I said, not going to go out of my way to punish for it, especially in this scenario, since the OP was reporting it as a bug rather than using it maliciously.
