    Oh that's the documentary where they claim the US government is trying to cover it all up? I haven't watched it personally, but I will later this weekend, been reading a lot of crap about it and can't really be anything other than skeptical about it...want to see if that documentary can change my mind.

    I believe you. I just watched it last night. As for this Vid, we should all have an open mind about this since they exist a long time ago. Mermaids perception this days are just fantasy for lil kids but the real ones are there and not wanting to be found.

    Here's how I see it and every other "myth" out there now. Until you can prove to me 100% that something does not exist I'll believe it does which is why I've never truly believed that mermaids don't exist there is no evidence that they don't and all we have are stories and well this documentary now apparently. Also someone already said this but we have only explored a small portion of the ocean saying that something marine doesn't exist is just silly to think when we only know of marine creatures in a small percentage of the sea.

    Sailors back on the old seas used to believe women were curses upon the ships, upon other things, tending to leave all male crews. If anyone hasn't fapped for a few days, they realize they get a tad insane. Ships on doldrums would pass rocks with odd shaped animals laying across it. Turns out these animals were manatees and that sailors banged them. Apparently a manatee vagina is somewhat similar to a humans, enough to sexually satisfy a sexually deprived sailor anyway. That's where mermaids come from.
