Well, after almost 2 years playing here it is possible to "see" several improvements in the server, however, it seems some things will never change.
Elyos had 2 fortress in Gelk, then I don't know why one of the GM took 1 back to the asmos. Today, asmos entered in the other fortress that became vulnerable twice in a row and where (magically) the NPCs does not react to asmos at all. I Must admit the tatics was interesting, kill all elyos and their kisks than back when the fortress is vulnerable, as the fortress will be empty no problem at all.
Really nice.... lets see what will happen next.

    Anyway, congratz to the asmos.....

Someone suggested the server need to be closed, I don't think so (for now), however the Staff needs to re-think a lot of things.... starting by the role of the GM, if not then server will close.

Sucks that the bug occurred, but shit happens.

In the mean time, maybe this will encourage you guys to stop kisking in the god damn fort and actually spread out to use the whole map. You wonder why zerg pvp exists, well stop kisking where the asmos know you are going to be at. If you elyos become more spread out, the asmos in turn will have to spread out as well to find PvP. That means more space between more people, less fight interruptions, and more engaging PvP.

Sorry Clubs I don't agree with you.
There is no MMORPG without zerg, playing solo is an option as much as play with the zerg.
However, posts to GM regarding the NPC in Gelk were bugged are not news as posts about Sin's camping inside the fortress.
The question is, did someone get punished ?
Will they return the fortress to elyos as they did to asmos ?
This is why I said the first thing to be changed id the role of the GMs in the server, how they act and how much time they are online to "guard" the server.

Aginstall, the Elyos Guards, did not react to asmos unless they were attacked. Try to enter the fortress now, with the Asmos Guards on...

i dont agree w u, sadly its too late to implement ur ideas, restore the forts to balaur just will only make the server more even empty, actually ppl on gamez loves zerg, atleast, mostly of them do it everyday, if u implement that ideas u ll recover 20 players and lose around 50 or more (talking in proportions 2:5).

we just can wait and enjoy the server until the sad end, guess.

I was there the guards aggroed just fine no need to attack them.It was just a good effort with many clers and good coordination. Also if u kisk inside the fort at a spot that there are no guards near enough to aggro and die from the guards chasing you when you go to your kisk you're good no aggro anymore.Pretty simple actually.

Anyway, it doesn't matter, as always there are no GMs only to prevent this.
And hardly they will return the fortress to elyos...things are running like this for a long time.

You do know you can't get banned for kisk camping, right? If it's Obelisk camping, that's another story.

Oh yeah. Double posts, Double posts everywhere.

No, kisk camping is not a ban offense. But camping inside the fortress is bug abuse

It is unfortunately favouritism because it is practically impossible for Asmo to obelisk camp in Gelkmaros but the reversal can happen for Elyos to obelisk camp. Elyos can only kisk in Gelk and vice versa, Asmo can only kisk in Ingg.
Considering the previous PvP all revolved around Gelkmaros, Kisk camp from asmo is not reportable but not even the slightest of obelisk camp (simply asmo running back to their camp) and Elyos gets reported.

    1. Having that mindset is why we have zergs in the first place. A lot of the US players who had stable enough ping to enjoy the server have left, but back then there was much more PvP scattered across the map. Players realized that if maybe 2 or 3 people are pvping over here, maybe we should move. Now due to significant language barriers, a complete lack of communication exists.

    2. It is a bug that was caused by the retarded devs (people who program our server from the retail client), to punish people for it would just be a shit show. It's better to say I'm not kisking there until it gets fixed.

    3. They might return them, but it will take a long ass time, so we circle back to my initial suggestion.

    4. The GM team is almost completely disconnected from what actually goes on in the server. Putting your frustration on them does nothing, they are just volunteers who are doing with what they are given and told. Since they are told very little, very little gets done. To actually get any change would most likely require Carl to make a post on the forum, but I dare you to search Carl's name on the forum. See how many posts of players have asked for his post and how many times he has actually posted. You need to learn to work with what you got.
I've never stated that I think restoring the forts to balaur would solve anything. I am saying encouraging players to spread out is what is needed. They haven't been introduced proper Aion PvP so they only do what they know how to do, zerg. You have to teach the players where to go and how to find them, otherwise those who are new will just follow the crowd of players who speak broken English that might say Asmo! or ENEMY!
