Just out of curiosity...

So, while looking at the information given under the banners for the voting websites, it claims that Gamez Aion has free fly... is this meant to be free fly everywhere? Because to my knowledge of Aion, which is severely limited since I started on Gamez Aion and know almost nothing about the differences between Gamez and Retail, but flying has never cost anything. So one can only assume that this "free fly" is to imply that you can fly anywhere. Which we can't.

So I just wanted to ask if that's what it meant, and if so, why can't we fly everywhere?

 

Gamez used to have the option to fly everywhere, but a lot of people didn't seem to particularly like that as it caused some issues with pvp in city zones. They basically removed it at one point to see what would happened and a lot of people complained. I believe they put it back in temporarily, but people complained again. So, they basically just removed it permanently and stopped caring. Carl has yet to change that crap on the "TOP" websites and it does seem to drag quite a few people here. Either way, the option no longer exists.
