I need help fast plz any gm

yesterday i combined my hac spear with a ddl spear and it was everything good but when i log in now to the game my hac spear is not combined is just the hac spear please i need help with this thanks..inched:inched:inched:

 

One thread is enough. You don't have to make multiple threads.

If you can provide a good proof that you fused the weapon and the fuse disappeared, I could try to get an SAM to assist you.

If you have no proof of the event, there's nothing we can do. The bug has been known for a while. If you relog quick after fusing, there's a chance you lose it.

 

how im i suppose to have prove if i just fuse it play with it a time and when i log in today it disspear? dont u guys can check the history of what accounts do ? maybe u can check that i bought credits and with those credits i buy the stuff??

 

Not really.

No proof = nothing we can do.

I take videos of everything I do. Remodels, fuses, godstones. It comes in handy in such situations. You should check the forums every now and then to keep yourself updated with what bugs are currently being worked on and what gets fixed.

wow is amazing i just star the game and i buy vip and everything to help the server i donated 150$ starting the game and there is nothing that you can do for me thats amazing ty very much what a great assistance this server has

 

Man WTF u gave 150$ right away u get in the server..........really WTF.....
I think its good to check a Server b4 we donate......and not cause the server will steal ur money but because sometimes in P.Servers there are some bugs and simple ppl like AMs-GMs and other staff cannot do nothin if u lose your money cause of that bugs...Anw it was a very very fast move to give so much money together....

When i started play Gamez AION i gave low money as 10$ per time...and month with month i gave more..I never gave 150$ together WTF......sorry for your money loss btw....

 

The information of the mayor, more damaging bugs should be somewhere visible. Even if its normal for pservers to have bugs, its also normal for players to not think that kind of outcomes at the go. I do indeed blame this guy for tossing 150 bucks out of the blue, but is also the server to blame for not having that info on display, a newcomer has no reason to think that something like that is happening. And I think its ludicrous and utterly irresponsible to ask that we need to go with a camera the whole time because this type of bugs.

At least if the info were to be visible in the forums or in game the server can excuse if people does not make use of their own eyes.

Veterans have no excuse of any kind though.

You know damn well nobody looks for this stuff until they actually run into a major problem. Hell most people make a forum account only after they face a problem like that. They should have put these warnings on the login screen news feed and not bury it in a forum where you have to search.

Right now the approach is more like this:
"Aww you gave us a whole lot of money, that's nice, however you got screwed and it is all your own problem. Feel free to donate again anytime you wish though"

I just...don't like this. Serious lack of warnings about major issues like this, especially with a gear someone donated for feels like getting scammed by the staff. They ban others for scamming, not themselves.

There is a difference between lazy and unaware. If someone told me there are major bugs I sure would go do my research. Most bugs affect gameplay sure, you find them in time anyway and they don't affect you that much, but who would expect to be randomly losing their items. Haven't seen that in other games (besides during server crash).

Ye well not everybody played here continuously, some people take breaks when bugs show up and then come back. I would say ingame announcements are counterproductive since it gets annoying and works like negative advertising, constantly reminding people the server is bugged. However I do support including a link to the bug thread or the 2 major bugs (fusion/remodels) on the login screen news feed. At least people have been warned and it is up to them whether they do their research after.

 

Nah Smartik..with Veterans i mean ppl who continuously playin^^....btw u are right a lot of ppl here take some breaks and stop playin for a little bit..so your idea about warnings on login screen is co0l
