I just started yesterday and got a nice boost from a friend now im having issues doing anything because i have no weapons and only 1 million kinah, Looking for daggers or kinah or some sorta guide tip to aquire these

You are an assasin i assume? Focus on your weapons and pvp acess for armor anything will do if your good ;3.
As for handouts i could give you a gold medals set but thats about it >_< not much assasin gear.

 

Yea thats what i read just getting/finding starter weapons is a pain in the back side.

 

well i find the easiest thing to do is get a nice pve set fully enchant it , make duplicate characters and then spam the hell out of the mithril medal quests you can get a full set of it in a few weeks and it works great for pvp used it on my ranger for a long time before i got my hac set. same with my sm.

Get yourself 14-days expiring weapons and armor and start farming mobs in gelkmaros/tiamaranta or anywhere in balaurea. take everything which drops and sell it for kinah. take a look on the brooker or in private shops in sanctum, you can easly find blue/gold stuff for cheap. Once you have got some decent blue/gold level 55+ stuff, start farming instances. Press shift + V to check group recruitments and join any party you like.
When you are done with instances, start farming for mithril medals, like vesiinabox said. you can collect balaur mats and sell them on the brooker later on, thats a good way to earn kinah.

@Id suggest doing tiamat stronghold runs, the weapons are epic and the armors are fine too. It ll get you started, better than low level pvp stuff.

As what I always suggest to all newbies because this worked for me and my husband when we were just starting. You can spend some time crafting consumables since these things are very helpful. You can either use it yourself so you wont have to buy or sell it for Kinah in the broker or make trades with players by selling it with packages. Not just consumables but also some housing decorations. This will only need some Kinah but if you are able to sell them, you'll get more Kinah than what you have spent. This being said, I suggest master some essencetapping and aethertapping so the supply is infinite.
To get geared, I highly suggest what AM Deathangel said. Earn Kinah and buy some pieces of fabled or even eternal items in the broker if there is something affordable and just, by this you wont be rejected from group recruitments, even legion recruitments and can run instances, just make sure to be careful from Ninja looters. Always take screenshot of the loot distribution agreement when running with strangers.
If you have some free time too, no group to run instances, no materials to craft, etc., you can do some quests for rare sets, weapons, wings, like Siel Forgotten Set, Noble Oriel/Pernon wings, Ancanus wings, etc.. Takes a lot of time and patience that's why I don't suggest doing it full time, but if you are able to get these rare stuffs and sell it you can make a fortune out of them since they are very rare and many wants them.
