Gm help plx!! My credit never come!?

    I DONATE 100US dollars on last Saturday,But my credit never come..
    I have been waited for a week.. I have been donate many time before...
    But usually wait less than 5mins for my credit..
    Can any GM help me find out what's going on?

    Check the account you donated from (not gamez account, bank etc), see if the money was even subtracted yet. Sometimes they keep it on hold while they investigate and let it through days later. If the money didn't get sent yet, you can't get credits.

    You should PM a senior AM a screenshot of you donating and tell them your gamez account. You can wipe some info from the screenshots if needed.

    Edit: Also tell them what payment method you used.

    That is if the money never got sent. If it did then the problem is with gamez.
