so do u have to lvl on this private server or is there a command?

You have to level, but it takes about an hour to hit the level cap. As for population, depends on which server (siel or lumiel)

The main factor isn't population, but the mechanics. Lumiel has a retail like stigma system, you have to buy them and equip them, you can only equip 6 lower and 6 greater. Siel on the other hand has stigmas on autolearn. You do not choose from a list, you get them all. It changes class balance a bit and makes pve a hell of a lot easier. I haven't played here for over a year so I am not sure about populations. The last news I heard about it was around 100 people on either side on both servers at any time. Not sure how accurate that is now.

As Smartik said, it's pretty easy to level up in GamezAion. As you are new? It would take you like max 3 hours to get used to stuff like how to find npc, how to reach locations and stuff. If you happen to get a mentor, you will be level 60 in like 15-20 minutes lol.

About server population, at the moment Siel is more populated, Lumiel is populated too but it has lower than Siel. The differences between this 2 servers have been stated already above: You choose your stigma build in Lumiel but in Siel you get all the skills.
