Error E02001

So im installing aion then error E02001 appears and i really dont have any idea how to fix it. i search the web and didn't find any relative problem. So if you guys know how to fix it, just reply here ASAP. thanks in advance

 

A screenshot would really tell me more, Aion usually gives more detailed text errors instead of just a number. I would get to see where you got the error which by itself already says a lot.

 

Underneath the Error E02001 there's a DP_G1_2. that's all it says, but right now im contacting aion support.

 

Still think you should have taken a screenshot xd If it is the common updating error, just confirm the error message and hit update again, it will resume. It usually lists a filepath at the bottom of the error (the file it stopped at). I got that one like 5 times when patching mine but was fine in the end.
