lost my pvp staff just after i fused it

Hello,

i just lost my pvp staff after i fused it with my Distorted Dragon extendable staff. i disconnected after i fused it, and when i reconnected it was not there. it wasnt fused, it wasnt in my inventory either. please help!.

 

look on warehouse?

 

i did that, i even checked the mail box, its not there ;( please help , there are no gms online

 

if u have time stamped screenshots or a video showing the fuse the gms can help you otherwise without the proof they cant help

 

well for such a thing, i need to know that my fuse is going to cause problems for me. HOw am i suppoed to know that such problems would occur ;(

it happened right after i fused and got disconnected. i dont understand it myself. if the gm can track my inventory prior to the happening, then perhaps he can do something about it. im sure they must have some sort of pllayer inventory tracking.

 

i know thats unexpected, but sadly if u rly dont hav a proof (ss or vid) AMs cant help u, idk if they have "player inventory tracker" things like that

 

Known bug. Happens oftenly if you relog right after you fuse your weapon. =/

Sadly, if there's no proof of the act of fusing, we can't restore the item for you. Sorry.

 

so how do i give you proof for something that im not even aware could occur? cant you just check my inventory prior to the incident to know whether i had the staff or no? dont you guys have some form of inventory tracking? Also how was i supposed to know that such a known bug would be present?

its not like i knew that such a thing would happen immediately after getting a disconnect and then reconnecting. Thats just unfair >.<. i joined this server pretty recently. its been maybe like a week or two. even purchaesd a bunch of stuff too. is there anything else that can go wrong? what if i purchase some other item and that disappears too >.< . How am i supposed to know such bugs can occur? thats just unfair

How are you supposed to know? You have 0 posts. Log on forums more often. You'll know lots of things. =)

 

so you no form of inventory tracking what so ever? and instead of just playing a game i like i should spend my time researching on a forum. Okay , thanks. i appreaciate the link you sent, cause thats something i didnt know about.

 

I simply said that, if you just spend 5 minutes/day on forums, you'd be informed about many different things that are going on. Including bugs.

 

well if i knew there would be such problems i would have already. Anyway its pretty clear you cant do anything about it. So lets just end this discussion. im getting worked up for something thats not even in my hands. Funnily its not even in yours. Ciao
