Email problems

Since its already 2 weeks gone without any response , I will try my luck In here.
I'm about to come back to gamez and have some fun again but... I have some troubles
with my email... I lost my email , so with some donation proof with Pudles help I got
it back.
But by my own mistake before I get my email reset I cr8 another account with same
email just to say some ig friends hi. Now I have 2 accounts with same E-mail .
1 account is main with all stuff in it, and another is completely empty, without even a
character in it. As im trying to reset account password I get reset only 1 of my accounts,
and not the main one. so Carl or Alente as only u have permission to do it, can
you Delete acc: naglishius from data base , so I will be able to reset my main acc: st1ngmered
password.

I have a question actually. I am not sure it is possible to create 2 accounts using the same email, which makes me wonder just how long you haven't been active. All accounts not logged for 6+ months are automatically deleted, which would mean the email has been freed and you could register a new account with it again.

 

I lost my accounts email and password so couldn't log in... so i gather some proof of my donations to this account and with pudles help i got my main accounts email reset to the one i told. but with my own mistake before reset i cr8 another account with this email, as i said to say hi to my old pals... and like 2 or 3 days latter i got msg by pudles your proof was enough to reset your accounts email to XXx and only then i understod i failed hard since i cr8 another account with same email... so now i have 2 acc's woth same email.

 

Well apparently Alente is back now so you could get him to check the database by email and do the wipe.

What if you wait +6 months so the account gets auto-wiped?

 

I wont be surprized .... this Friday im going for holidays , gonna come back like in 2 weeks... so if my problem wont be solved I just gonna say bb...
And this is how they appreciate ppl who donated other 1k++$ in the past...

Yo, is it rly that hard to help him? I bet it takes like 10 mins to do the whole stuff...

He forgot the mail of his original account and made another account to play and talk with by the time he gathers proof that the account he doesn't know the pass nor the mail is his own. When he gave puddles enough proof she retrained his account and asked him to provide her with a mail to change his original account to. He gave her the mail he used to make his new account and basicly now he's stuck with 2 accounts on one mail, and when he requests his information back he does not receive it. All that has to be done is to either delete his new account or do one new ****ing email change to his old account.

 

So its like more than month gone without any response from administrators.

1k Dollarz in the past worth no more than 5 bucks as for today now. So sad bro. I myself have done it and whenever I think about it, my pocket seems to get hurt so much . Well Starting a new account is easy nowadays since most of the OP Gears we had is achievable now without donating. Crafting and consumables and other rare Gears from crafting is another story though. But Keep trying to get your account back or W.E.

i will say 1 thing only, to the AM;s GM's or admins ur donatiosn dont mean a thing, they dont ask u to donate u did that on ur own, so donating doesn't give u special privileges or rights atall , sorry bout ur account though i have been waiting on my email problems for a month to but no answer from sir alente or admins so w/e

 

believe me it means a lot... no donations no server. Since this server is based on money and only money.
