a speed hack was unban

just wanna ask, a speed hacker got ban, and after few more days saw him again playin whats goin?,

speed hacking is not a permanent ban?, or what?

 

complete information bout what you're saying will be helpful maybe another player got same name and you've just miss read it

They are not deleted.

Speed Hacks have not been used for quite the time actually. If you are referring to someone using a 'no animation' cheat perhaps? Anyway, to make it short here.

Yes, Cheating of any kind is a permanent ban this includes a variety of things that modify the game from how it is intended to be played. However, if we do issue a ban, and yet later find though testing different mechanics, issues, things that the ban was in err? It will be undone which is most likely the case in what you are questioning.

Every ban that we issue, unless it is so clear that there is no other possible reasoning, and or way something is possible stays. Even if we do go and test though something, we have to be able to replicate it, and if we are able to replicate it under normal conditions then obviously the player was not doing anything wrong in the first place and does not deserve to be punished for something they were not doing.

If we were not to go and make sure we were correct, then basically it would be a coin flip situation which would not benefit anyone and in the reality of it, what use would we be other than to host events, and click a ban button that would have no more effect than basically to say 'I don't like you and this doesn't seem right' so your not gunna play here.

However, it is not like that and we do, do our jobs in verification about whatever it may be when something may seem possible even if a ban was issued in the first place.

I do hope this post explains a little bit as to why we do reverse bans on accounts.

and yes this guy in lumiel his got ban for really obvious reason with sufficient proof and now his back with the same speed again and again... annnndddddd again... this made think Omfg.. any way just asking thoug

 

You are welcome to pm me the name of this "cheater" and i will gladly look into it, since im porbably the one who issued the ban.
Anyhow? this thread has no more reason to exist.
