Im stuck

Whenever I try to log my cleric the client crushes .


My character name is Mixel
Server : Lumiel
Today after server restarted I got this problem...
Is everyone having it?
I can still logg my ranger but I cant log my cleric Mixel.

Can a GM pls move me to sanctum or so...?

And yes if u wondering what's up with the desktop image is dante model made in xnalara and edited in photoshop .

Anyway pls any GM help me unstuck my character

 

Not sure if you are trying to report an issue or show off your desktop xd If you read around a bit, you would see there are already 2 other threads about this in the most recent threads box.

 

nah I just added as a note the other information with desktop so nobody has to ask and focus on main problem.
I seen the other 2 problems but they dont seem similar to what I get so I made this one.

I dont know what is going on , after server restarted I logged my cleric and it worked . I closed the client for like 10-15min to take a break and after that I tried to log back my cleric and I got that error.

I rlly hope a GM can help me I want to play my cleric, and i have some important stuff on it.

 

I recently asked some players about this and they all got issues.


People cant log their Characters GM!

Please send an unstuck request for your characters from our webiste (Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server). I will process them as soon as possible.
Anyhow, this will probably not fix the situation, you will most likely have to wait for a server restart.
I know it is an annoying issue, but i guarantee you that we cant do much about it. My own GM toons were stuck this way for several days until the server got restarted, i had to use my alternative character. We are really sorry for this inconvenience.

I also noticed some quests are bugged like u cant take them .
I think this is the same problem that people had like 2-3 days ago when server restarted because of warehouse bugg and the characters stuck issue popped up.

I rlly hope for a server restart soon

 

try to make faster as you can i'm not the perfect guy to say that...but i really like this game has all the other players;p

i wish no item will be lost because of this bug, i only have few items and maybe it is trash to others but i earned it, i wish nothing will be lost

 

2 hours and I still cannot login..
All chars in Ereshuranta and Poeta crash the game.... the only 1 that works is in Interdiktah.
Unstuck already requested 2X.....lol

 

game full of bugs...hope next restart come fast and fix something...i can login but my cleric 60 have no items in profile but the skins still there...no kinah...munnin bugged...c'mon do now the restart...

Did you update your aion client to 4.0? Try downgrading it to 3.7.

 

dude people were playing the game 3.7 when this problem occured.The problem appeared after yesterday's restart.
Nobody upgraded anything to 4.0
