Differences between Siel and Lumiel?

I've been meaning to ask and want to know, what's the difference between Siel and Lumiel? I've read the description about the stigma's and such on both server but it seems you're able to purchase NCC piece on Siel and can't on Lumiel? Plus I've seen that more PVP is dealt in Beluslan on Siel rather than on the Lumiel server which PVP usually takes place in Ing/Gelk. So what are the differences??

Siel: No Stigma System
Lumiel: Stigma System
Basically the ONLY difference now.
Coz there's not really much difference between the two.. They both have massive zergs running around crazy. lol
As for the NCC Stuff, I dunno.

Siel has higher population than Lumiel.
You get all skills in Siel server, so there is a full stigma system.
In Lumiel you will have to choose a tree and your stigma build.

 

I've seen people on Siel posting about trading NCC items. ;o so idk

 

NCC items used to be buyable from Black cloud trader's shop. In the last update they have been removed and now are considered as rare.
