Lumiel-Booring pvp

Dear AMs.I want remind you actually pvp situation at gamezaion which makes people quit including me.
Well , i cant even call it pvp.Pvp mostly only in Gelkmaros which is abolutly ridiculous.There are some variants : alliance vs 2-3 elyos , aliance vs aliance -ping pong pvp.
Soo ridiculous when hole asmodians zerg chasing 2 elyos.Nobody has that much brain to let em have kinda fairly pvp.Rare to find seriuosly fights.
End game Aion is only about pvp , but there is not pvp !
So if 4.0 update with new "pvp" maps wont change that "interesting" pvp , i ll have to say Bai Bai.

And what are you expecting us to do about it?
People choose where to pvp, we can't force them to move to other spots. We have already opened permanent gates to tiamaranta's eye (which is supposedly the best 3.5-3.7 pvp map) , There are lot of ritfs to every location (Morheim,Beluslan,Heiron,Eltnen) and flight pvp is also improved by removing the aether fields around the main bases in reshanta.
The problem is not the organization, but the players. Most of them are just too lazy to move to another map, because they like to zerg in gelkmaros/inggison. And if you are going to suggest stuff like: remove obelisks from gelk,close silentera gates and rifts in that map, No it is not going to happen. We are here to offer you a lot of alternative spots to pvp, we are not going to reduce/remove anything just because you dont appreciate the big choice you have. So, yea, Dear players, stop complaining about Ams, because if the pvp sucks, it is just your fault.

 

its the players fault, they tend to zerg everyday, even NA is zerg server

 

as Deathangel said, people choose where to PvP, I remember once when Tiamaranta's eye was open 24/7, it was cool enough for like Pvping there the whole day, but that just last 1 week or so, since most people moved again to gelk/inggi, so it's not server's fault at all, it's people's fault that won't move their ass to make it a better pvp, according to what I've just said, everyone zergs, even Elyos (Oh ye, and I'm an ely), so don't rage on asmo cuz both races do the same.

Said this, even if 4.0 comes with new maps - which are cool to pvp - the pvp will be at gelk since everyone is "stucked there". From the experience I've got on pvp at gamez, I eventually tried to move the pvp to tiam's eye but it was for a few mins and then people just moved back to gelk, same thing happened when I went to heiron with my asmo and after I killed a few ely, a zerg came to kill just 2 or 3 asmo, when I say zerg it's like 10 to 16 ely, and trust me, it's annoying to get zerged that way.

So, anyway, if you leave, that's up to you since noone tell you what to do in here, so good luck.

 

Just about everyone who sucks in group or solo pvp turns to zerging imo.
You can always choose another place to pvp you know.. Belu, Heiron,Timaranta. I tend to avoid pvping Gelk, Inggi and Silentera as much as possible.
And what's the normal population of Lumiel on a daily basis anyway?

 

I know its not your fault , but i was thinking about that you have some ideas how to improve it.Or tool how to change it...

Thats why this thread is still open. We love to listen to suggestions, just dont start with impossible stuff like custom commands and teleports and whatsoever, that won't happen.

 

I´m daily in gelk looking for some fun.Sometimes you find 1,2 asmos alone but you cant 2 spells and then 20 asmos fire at me ^^.So yeah i would like to go other maps but we need some support from AMs to make people change mind and go othet maps too...I cant do it alone.Thats what im all the time talking about.Its not their fault , but maybe can do something for it.

 

Tiamaranta is awesome place for pvp.Huge map with lot of streams.Ideally for pvp.But how can i alone force people choose other maps too?! Need AMs help for that.

 

You should be fine with 100 people. Not all of them would be at Gelk/Inggi. But, then again, what if all of those 100 people are zerging?

My Suggestion: Introduce Battlegrounds(EG: FFA ones with 30 players, Ultimate test of skills, WOC and gs procs disabled, basically plain old simple pvp, ZergvItself.) or Bring back Abyss PvP. But, yeah, like that'd happen. -_____-

 

Does no matter how many people is there.Problem is pvp is only at one map.That many people will always make a zerg.Talking about both races.

 

I´ve got an idea how to atleast remind players other maps too.AMs will make a notice which will appear few times a day in LFG.Will include message about pvp maps like Tiamaranta , Heiron...
I know its too simply but may works.

 

That is connected with this idea: Remove "Location" from LFG nao. -.- Why? "OMG enemies here. zerg. high rank OMG. Location"
A zerg then comes along to rape you. That's the singe most reason why there are such dense Zergs. -_______-

 

They wont remove locations for sure.Because people need it for quests , events etc.

Anyways, there really isnt a realistic solution...its extremely hard fotr u to encourage people to spread out.
Like i ws in tiamaranta, not the eye, the outside of eye and was locating myself so much but rarely asmos showed up.. people wants to pvp in plaves they are used to, it seems

Wat u can try doing is to deal with it though.u might have already tried but its the only realistic solution i can actually see
