I had the idea that in combat throwing your knife or sword was something that shouldn´t be done.

 

It depends. If it's your only knife or sword I wouldn't recommend it. But I myself never leave the house with less than 2 knives. One Cold Steel pocket knife clipped in each pocket. And depending on where I'm going I'll usually have a couple of other knives on me or at least in my car(or truck if I'm working).

Throwing your weapon can be a very devastating and surprising attack as it can easily instantly kill or at least distract your enemy. The downside is it's risky and if that's the only knife or sword you have you better hope you get that blade shot or you're in deep trouble.

Knife throwing itself in a fight is more of a distraction thing. Generally when you throw your knife you don't expect to hit the guy with the blade. If it does then that's the bonus. The real strategy is to distract him enough to not notice the big angry guy running right at him. Knife throwing is also reliant on so many factors. You could get a good spot, throw knives at a tree or target and hit blade first in the bullseye all day but then if I take a step back or foward and try and then miss every time.

The video itself was more of a demonstration thing. And most of those moves wouldn't be very effective in a real fight. They do look cool though but it would be much more impressive if he did that with a Sharp sword.

The video was cool, but when he mixed the moves with making the sword leave his hands was kind of a let down, at least to me.
By logic, I would never part with my sword.

I don't have any offspring at the moment, I sent them all away to Spartan training camp to fight the Persian Empire. I wonder if a goat would work instead.

That's a bullshit argument. Goats are living things and have souls. Hell even trees have souls. I cut one down for firewood this winter. It came back as a ghost and has been haunting me ever since. It just stands in the corner muttering "Photosynthesis, photosynthesis". Do you have any idea how much of a pain it is to clean up ectoplasm sap? It's a ****in ***** compared to regular ectoplasm and that stuff is hella hard to get out.

 

This is not about me. Is about what would qualify to be a proper sacrifice for Puddles. I am of the idea a goat won't suffice. Only Black soul Gems can feed her/he/it and those requires human ones, the offspring is just personal preference.

A goat should be plenty worthy of a sacrifice. Or at least a horse. If he/she/it doesn't accept a horse then that's being way greedy and totally uncool. Though if I sacrifice a human then it's gonna be this hobo infected with the zomie virus.

Also go away ghost tree. Pass on to the next life. Or am I gonna have to get out this Blessed Silver Axe dipped in Holy Water?

 

A horse...mmm maybe a human on four that is not an offspring can somewhat appease her greedy and uncool desires. But the idea of this is so she dance. Would she do a nice one with just a horse or a goat?

 

He/she/it would probably just cut off the heads of the horse and goat, use them as a helmet and do some perverted dark dance to summon dark spirits. The bodies of the horse and goat would then be arranged in the same way that the Others arranged the bodies of their victims in Game of Thrones

 

But what about the blood?
Without the proper rituals, that dark dance can turn the evil spirits in Lost Souls and forever be bound to this realm.
Haven't you considered that maybe we are been toyed with, so she/he/it can perform such dance? In the end we might be just pawns in one of her/his/it dark games.

 

And if that's the case then I have these blessed holy swords that can turn any dark spirit into little confetti pieces.

 

Sure, I also have my modified Proton Pack ready. But more than anything, I would hate the idea of being used in such a way by he/she/it.
