Need your advice - best/strong pvp class

u might have already made your decision but let me give you a bit more info anyways.

assassin is all about multi tasking which u told me u arent rlly good at. but u also told me you like to go beyond "having fun". If you are willing to put a great amount of efforts to learn wat a sin can truly do, i recommand for you to play sin. in gamez, sin in general is pretty bad in 1 v 1. but, if you are ready to adopt and learn how to play sin from great number of losses you will get, sin isnt bad in 1 v 1 nor in pvp.
but remember, u have to be willing to lose a lot in the beginning because it is the most complicated class in aion.

@Zaitou: I kinda feel the same about Spirit Master. I respect that is a great pvp class and i respect the opinion from the forum user vesiinabox, who told me that i could wear the same armor stuff like my sorceror. That would make life easier ,totaly good idea. But i saw some videos about the SM and in lineage2 i also had a Summoner Class, but hell it was annoying as hell for me to play them. I played them just to try it out, but you know i don`t like having pets or summons on my side. Like you said Zaitou , i would only play it just to win BADLY, but it wouldn`t be fun for me.

@Suhosin: Thank you for your post , i didn`t decide myself for a second class. I think i will play Sorceror till i learned everything, maxed him out...but after that i will go for the second class, which will be either Assassin or Gladiator.
If you guys have some youtube videos about you playing an Assassin or Gladiator, just let me know. I would love to watch it!
But still undecided yet, i think the fact that Gladiator is using Plate Armor is making him so attractive for me lol. I would love to play with a big badass-mofo Gladiator in beautiful and strong lvl 60 armor ,but hey the Assassin on the way fights with Dual Swords ,which is realy awesome too.

I wish there would be a poll with " Assassin or Gladiator" ,where you have to give a reason too. Still undecided between these two.


I hope this doesn`t seem like an offense here, i am just honest but I will play Aion on the official servers, free to play status. So that`s why i can only make 2 characters. I was thinking like creating 4 accounts with each 2 characters, that way i could play them all, but i don`t think this is allowed.
I also made bad experiences with private servers,
like shutting down the server after a while and such things. Sure i could play on the highrate servers just to test things out, but for me as a total beginner, i want to play slow and take my time.

Where the fun comes in fighting on an sm is fighting groups of people :3 3 people become a challenge also playing in full MR 2600 + because it teaches you not to rely on just one combo of skills you kill slower so you have to use your head. There are always gona be sm haters and that just makes it all the more fun but the simple fact is that its not as easy as everyone says it is unless your fighting a bunch of under geared noobs which well you can just nuke like there's no tomorrow..

And if you where to choose between gladiator and assassin I would go gladiator (even though temp is better <3 ) they are better in the long run once you master the class (for fighting multiple people). Because finding 1 v 1 doesn't happen like 75% of the time on this server you might as well get started with a class that can take some punishment. Also some friendly advice READ WHAT YOUR SKILLS DO AND DON'T BE LIKE 99.9% of the server. ACT like you have a brain stem please and welcome to the community.

 

One advantage of a Gladiator is their gear. Because of this, they have like 15,000 HP and can play toe to toe with any other classes. BUT!! ..........
Down Side: a sorcerer on a certain distance can take down a gladiator in like 3 skills/5 seconds combo. LOL!

Note: Sorcerers' mortal enemies are assassins. Everyone's mortal enemy is Spiritmaster. LOL!

Assassin, on the other hand, has all the advantages because of their hide/ambush/stun skills. Though with very low defense, a skilled assassin can take down everyone.
Down side: Very hard class to play T_T

 

I never understand why people take this so much as THIS(talking bout OP).. if you want to have fun just choose whatever makes you feel it and if not just try another.

I mean dondee shows him some guide then he rejects it and says he already read information like that? Then you probably know it all since those guides are made by GAMERs and thus making it gamers experience. What more are you really asking for then?

 

We won't see eye to eye because you're playing on a server with all skills and I played on a server with Stigma System.

1. Fighting multiple opponent is a challenge for every class, not only for Spirit Master.
2. You can't run around in Lumiel with full MR build and still expect to kill the same amount and the same skilled players because you don't have all the skills. A MR built Siel Spirit Master has a higher chance of landing their spells compared to MR build Lumiel Spirit Master simply because Siel Spirit Master has more skills. If the limited spells you have don't land then you'll have no choice but to run/kite around. It puts you on a toughener situation which means more of a challenge.
3. You have to use your head regardless of what class you play. The amount of knowledge/skill you have to put to play each class is the only difference. If you have everything you needed (unbreakable crowd control, spells that cannot be resisted, binds for physical attack, silence for non-physical skills, drain HP skill, shields, pets and a few more I don't really feel like mentioning) then you don't have to think as much as you do if you play a class that doesn't have everything. In short, you think less.
4. I believe it's natural to hate something or someone that kills or lessens the fun, don't you think?
5. If it's hard for Spirit Master then I can assure you it's a lot harder for the other classes. Someone who has almost everything can't possibly have a harder time compared to someone who barely has something.

I'll never understand why people like you have to make comments like this, yes he said he read about the classes already but what's so wrong about him wanting to know what other players suggest based off his playstyle? Nothing at all.

Anyways you should play assassin they are probably the hardest class to learn, in my opinion, but also the most rewarding they are an extremely fun class to play if you want videos of some good sins from Gamez look at Testify's post Isin and breeze are some of the best sins Gamez has had.

 

Actually if you want to go at it like that I've played SM on 5 different servers the other 4 where stigma build server thanks... They use the same combos on gamez siel as they do on a stigma server i can prove this to anyone who disagrees having an sm on full stigma only does one thing it gives SMs all their pet skills which nobody on siel uses anyways so its kinda a retarded argument. So um im not seeing how sm's would land less skill on lumiel vs siel seeing as they have the same stats (unless the sm doesn't get sympathetic mind in which case they are trash sm and should just go die anyways) and no one goes MR on lumiel besides the pro sins.
I don't know why players hate spiritmasters so much they are only op in 2 situations huge zergs and 1 v 1 that is ONLY if they are good and there are like what 2 -3 good sms that have ever even played the gamez servers? Most spiritmasters are AP food for me no matter what class im playing they really only suck the fun out of stuff when they specifically target you out of a group and fear lock you while you get killed thats just about all i can complain about (that happens about once a month so like get real). Another thing sine it seems you dont know fears are easy to resist if you practice how to glide them off i know some people on siel that never get hit by aoe fear or fear 1 some can even resist the instant fear (love you suhosin). And Harder for other classes loooool ...whats so hard about poping ud Daevic fury , beserk and using aoes to kill an entire group?? Easiest class to play glad K thanks i got 4k kills in a month on that thing. Not to mention those roots lol...Believe me when i say Sm does not have everything they can die as fast as any other class ..actually a lot faster they squishy bishes. I know in lumiel those noobs who zerg all day actually let sm's use skills like aoe fear to fux them over ...come over to siel and try to use aoe fear see how fast you get nuked.

 

The fact that Spirit Master don't have to use their pet to win just proves the more how broken the class is. Spirit Master is suppose to fight obviously with their spirit otherwise why name the class like that. They're winning to easily without using the MAIN thing they suppose to use during their fights.

Same stats less skills. It's a logic. Let's say we're equally good in using gun. You can shoot 10 times I can only shoot 5 times. Who has higher chance of hitting our target? Obviously it would be you.

Actually it's the opposite. There are a shitload of MR built players regardless of the class in Lumiel especially with the new manastones.

I already said why compared to other classes, Spirit Masters are the most hated or disliked class. Because it's the most broken and OP class in Aion and I'm pretty sure most people who played or are playing Aion would agree with this with the exemption of course of the people who loves the class with passion.

They are only OP in 2 situations and that 2 situations is all Gamez has. Zerg or 1 on 1.

Pretty sure most average Aion players know about gliding fear but good luck trying to glide while slowed or rooted.

Another good luck for trying trying to kill an entire group after buffing everything when that group has an Spirit Master even with just PvE gear, as long as the fear lands you get ganked by the entire group without being able to do anything but facepalm. At least if it was sorcerer, you can't be put to sleep or you'll wake up from an attack of another player but fear? Absolutely nothing can be done but watch.


I understand that you love your class so much but let's be open minded here. Just as I am open minded when people say templar or gladiator is OP against ranger.

 

You still arnt getting the point that SM's have the same amount of skill that are worth a shit on both servers for example 99% of fights
Magic implosion , aegis breaker, chain of earth , erosion , sigil of silence, root, shackle of vulnerability , infernal pain, body root, cyclone of wrath, vacuum choke, weaken spirit, soul torrent.
You do that on both servers siel and lumiel they dont have fewer skills only other classes get nerfs. (unless you count not being able to double heal your pet while in spirit sub).
And really? i didnt find any MA or MR players on lumiel besides Isin.
And bish please templar is the true op class of aion lol.
If you let the sm aoe fear your entire group then your all just failures lol they die in a matter of seconds no healer can keep an sm alive if everyone in a group attacks him.
And for the most part fear hurts spiritmaster ability to kill, it has an insane cast time and well i can break stone skin and disable an sm in the time it takes to cast fear.

Mostly the ones who get killed by a spiritmaster easily, still losing the duels against them after 1000 attempts or the ones who failed to play it cuz they sucked and decided to move on and change the class. ;D

 

If you ain't a low pinger it doesnt means you can't do great as a sin.
High ping makes you wanna perform better.

i have no problems killing some SM's here. But yet i still think they are OP as f***. Infact i think SM's ruins pvp. for those SM lovers don't get mad at me xD im just saying. You ever had a good 4 v 1 and your about to face roll them all and all of a sudden an SM just randomly comes and fears u away while the other 4 eats u alive? it doesnt even have to be a good SM it could be a rank 9 SM with a sht ton of MA lol. the 4 ppl u fought isn't the problem. the problem is the SM that disables u from doing anything at all .. and to make it worse they can strip ur buffs away making u even weaker. in a 4 v 1 im sure it doesnt take much just to kill 1 person. In 1v1 with an SM i'm pretty sure SM's have a way better chance to win than any other class aion. Alpha said it him self SM's are hands down best for 1v1.

 

But thats kinda my whole point lol that rank 9 sm by itself isnt powerful at all lol he would get face raped by you in a 1 v 1 its like the same thing if two noob temps would have walked up and started Pull molesting you or a noob sin came in and blindburst you at the wrong time or **** if a noob sorc just spammed all his nukes or any number of things just because you can fight in those instances doesnt mean its gona end any differently. lol there are really only 2 sms that can probably kill your glad on gamez atm by themselves. (without stupid op spirit sub etc ;3)

 

if you wanna try Assassin dont use MB that is for gays, like Pinoy always do in their sins, mga pinoy yabang kala mu magaling

SM is OP specially 1vs1, they will just fear spam yiu, debuff debuff debuff then boom

as for Glads, they are OP too, just watch clubs/prestiged and youll see the power of a glad

Okay, to be honest? 1v5 in gamez? Umm yeah that's if you are lucky, mostly what I am seeing is 1v10 or something like that lol.

However, it is quite hard to survive from 1v5, I highly doubt that a sm would make a difference, like while you are fighting against 4 and a sorc comes and nukes you with all its skills, you are instantly dead... If a templar comes and pulls you 5 times, that 4 people+templar = you are dead., If cleric comes and spams aoe heals that heals the allies like Ripple of purrification (which most of the time heals like 6-7k) and all your opponents HP are full again, would you feel like continuing to kill them or would just give up cuz your hp would be much lower and it would be quite hard to drain their hp once again with full cds and tons of disables? Also if a chanter came and dps-ed you, I know it has quite good disables too as in reduces casting speed/atk speed ridiculously much, you are screwed up.

I dont think It matters at all if the 5th person would be a sm or any other class, so in this situation, I highly doubt that that 4 people with sm would kill you easier than any other classes.

BUT BUT BUT!! I do agree with the fact that it's insanely OP in 1v1 and can be considered as one of the strongest classes.
