220 is a total waste of money, nearly identical to the garbage he has right now xd I would say if it is going to be something this minor, it won't really help him. The improvement has to be noticeable. The advantage of newer geforce cards is cuda cores which help take over processor calculations. Besides the very obvious difference in benchmarks (in some tests the gtx 660 being 15x better than 220), the cuda cores on newer cards can compensate for his weak cpu
GeForce GTX 660 vs GT 220

@cocosul you do know aion reqs went up over time right? when is the last time you used the 8500?

Cocosul i also had the gt 8500 but i replaced it almost 2 years ago because after 2.5 i couldnt play aion with that graphic card. I bought the GT 440 DDR5 1GB which was 10 times better and only for less than 100 euro, and im sure now there are better graphic cards out there for 100 euro. Anything over 100 euro is really just going to be a waste of money though since your system is old.

true ..but sometimes prices are a fken fake...and not allways hight price mean quality product. that s why i m asking other i have no fking ideea whut t buy bcs thesedays are milions of products....and same product made by 10 different soft company. even if other ppls are happy bcs got gaming pc's at 4 k euro....a RLLY pro can build a better one with 2k euro only...
i will buy this i think...i will buy other one later with whole system ...GIGABYTE - Graphics Card - NVIDIA - PCI Express Solution - GeForce 600 Series - GV-N630-2GI it look good and not that expensive should work with no problem on normal settings ..it cost 65 euro's

    GeForce GT 9500 vs 630

It is better than what you have, though still depends on price. It is worse than my 3 years old laptop card. If you are fine with the default graphics engine not maxed out then sure.
GeForce GTX 260M vs GT 630

Would help if you posted your current graphics settings and fps here so there is a point of reference. I get 30-50 fps on maxed settings on the default engine. Anyways gonna go sleep now.

I would be very careful with ram. He should use the crucial system scanner first, it will tell him what he can handle
Use the Crucial System Scanner software to find out what type of memory is in your computer

There are several issues to consider, mainly motherboard limitations
    1. The maximum amount of ram the system can handle (8gb should be fine for his motherboard)
    2. The maximum frequency of ram his system can handle (my guess is 1333mhz is the limit)
    3. Number of ram slots free + current ram in the system. Rams are dual channel and work in pairs. If he doesn't use the same type of cards, he will be killing his speed
    4. Operating system (you need 64bit to be able to use anything above 3-3.5gb ram)

You care too much about where it was made and who made it xd You can always google reviews, but the major differences between graphics card makers is the clock speed (they all take the same base and just mess with the clock, you can clock it manually too) and the fan that cools it (they tend to enjoy swapping the cooling system to allow it to be quieter/cooler/handle better overclock).

I would be very careful with integrated graphics. Most are garbage and can't get more than 20 fps or so, they really aren't a decent substitute for dedicated graphics cards. At the same time, they have no graphics memory of their own and use system RAM to store rendered images. If he is low on RAM, it will crush his fps to nothingness as Aion is a RAM hungry game as it is. Also, integrated graphics are part of the CPU so he would have to replace both his motherboard as well as processor. Really ain't worth it.
