Game account recovery request

Hi GamezAion admins,

I tried reset my password today but I could not. When I entered my email where I got my game account registered, it said the email is not existing in the system.

I joined GamezAion around a year and a half ago. I have been away for a while and now I decide to come back to play.

I still keep all the emails regarding to my game account registration and also confirmation of donations. I would be more than happy to forward all those emails to you guys for verification.

I am looking forward to coming back into game soon.

Btw, I am sorry that I did not know where to post such a request so please move my post to where appropriate if needed.

If you have not logged into your account for such a long time, it has most likely been removed from the database and you would have to start over again.

Usually accounts that have been inactive for ~6ish months are wiped, highest chance that your account was wiped unfortunately

 

If you didn't log-in in site or ingame with in 5-6 months your account will be automatically deleted in data base.

 

if account not open close delete account 6 -5 months old

 

If I start over again, would I be able to get my donation credit points back?

Even though I have all the emails of confirmation of donations that I had made? In my point of view, I had purchased all those donation credit points by my own real money so they are my properties. Therefore, you guys can not just delete them without my permission. It does not sound fair to me. Btw, all of my donations that I still keep recorded valued at 89 USD and I believe no one here would give up 89 dollars for nothing.

Please stand in my shoes to understand and reconsider. I would be more than happy to forward all my recorded paypal transaction for your verification.

While I understand how you feel, there is no way for us to check/confirm you never spent those credits that you bought. I can give you 3 pages of donations I've made. However, how can I prove I haven't spent the credits? Sure, you could check my current credits. What if they are just credits saved up from voting though?

Furthermore, your account was deleted. So there's no way to check what your current Credits amount is.

I would love to re-consider and forward to higher staff members, if there was anything that could be done.

As it is, we can't do anything on the subject. Truly sorry that I have to disappoint you. Hope you understand my point of view and why we can't take any action in this situation.

 

what do you mean by that? I'm a bit confused. Do you mean you reset your password using forgot password ? or reset your password via USER CONTROL PANEL ?

 

He used the Forgotten password option. The other option is CHANGING, not RESETTING.
