Oh well. What did you ever use topaz for? I only really ever messed with the cartoonify effect in Dragons Nest and for one screenshot I took in Tera

Programs : Posed in xnalara (xps precisely) -Rendered in 3D studio max. Effects with photoshop cs5.

 

When I first downloadrd, I literally read about 3 tuts here (.ocx's, Lucent's, Dimitra's) and I did the rest myself
It's easy once you mentally picture the result beforehand

Is not that hard actionally . A good set of brushes and 3D posing program and black background just...that's simple , I admire the effort however.

 

Ah yes, simplicity at its best. I know how to do it, but its not my main style

Minimalism is "simple" yes, but that doesn't mean anyone can make a good minimalist piece. I could never hope to make stuff like that to anywhere near the level that Ghost does it, because he has a talent for it and an artistic eye on text placement and all. Sure, it doesn't necessarily require super advanced stuff and tons of practice (most of the time anyway) but it certainly isn't so easy that anyone can do it well.

 

Best filtrer i ever used was topaz. I also like to use perfectum but i gave up on it since i started to use 3d studio max.
If you talking about colors it shouldnt be too hard

Im prety sure took some time...especially if u used rendering program (that usualy kills me). I mean how could you not.
Or you didnt posted the model? If yes may i ask what program u used to do it?

 

seriously, you really shouldn't say that about anyone ever. there are things that look simple but still, people may have put hours of effort and fixing into them. and then there's another thing you should have called talent and a good eye. if we all had this we would all easily use typography but guess what we don't.

I already apreciated ghost's work. Im an digital artist and i know how much it takes so please dont take it wrong if you didn't got the meaning of my phrase.
That was not a critique, was a friendly question particuallary adressed to ghost, I'm sure he used many programs if he posed the model, to give it that good quality.

 

you literally just commented on how "it's not simple and it requires a good set of brushes".. no, that's not "appreciating his work", that's mostly bashing him lol, and to be honest, if it's that easy, why don't you show us a piece of yours that looks like a movie poster so we can see for ourselves?

 

I also specified something about the filtrers u were talking about and few programs, but i guess u didnt read that.
