Paging anyone who's updating

I need help =|

 

when i update my client way back june in retail.. I encounter that problem in updating.. what i did was just to confirm and then click the update button again.. and it went up to 25% and then another error... and then i confirm.. click the update button again and it went 40% and the same thing happen until it goes 80% and 100%.. it took me 3 days to get the damn update.. cuz i left it overnyt not knowing that it got already the error around 12 midnight or so..

 

locate the file error in your folder then delete it and then launch the aion launcher again and repair it

if the repair is finish then try to update again

 

its on 14 percent , and I'm not sure if its updating or not =/ ain't moving

 

im updating shadding, still on stage 2 atm. :3

Can i update my aion while playing on a different directory?

 

yes you can but you will suffer delay -.-

 

If you have slow connection i suggest that you dl the direct patch.. That you can find here>> http/forums.na.aiononline.com/na/s...d.php?t=113142 its 4.21gb and after you dl it extract it on $patch$ on Ncsoft folder (not Ncwest) then run again the new Ncsoft launcher and it should patch the 4.0. Goodluck!

 

GM i don't see a $patch$ folder in my aion folder

 

if you got errors. ijust repair it and then when error occurs again, update again and then repair again . now im on 30%. I read it in Na forum.

 

I got confuse of updating coz'

1st. NCsoft's complicated.
2nd. I separated my whole Aion (Ncsoft folder) and it's kinda confusing in my part.

so Den , I should stop my updating and DL this directly , then extract it in
~D:\NCSoft\Aion\$Patch$ or should I dig in deeper? Rofl. Then I can naow play after that?

 

what is the exact folder are you talkin about?

Its your choice if you want to stop your update via Ncsoft launcher.. Its just my suggestion though because i know we all got crappy connection you know =P its a lil bit faster cause you will not use the launcher itselft besides your downloading the patch directly or manually.

Go to settings and turn off that peer-to-peer thing, I did that and I updated fine.

 

why you guys are destroying Language if a english is not the same version with yours? :unsure:

Do you already have the Ncsoft & Ncwest folders? Or i think your talkin about the aion 3.7 folder
