    Besides the relatively negligible stat difference I imagine some people would be looking at upgrading them to use in fusions with other level 65 weapons. Although you'd lose any godstones in the process of upgrading the weapon.

    Losing the fusion would be irrelevant since you'd be upgrading for a new one anyway.

    That's right, now those who wanted to get a better fuse can just get the fuse and be done with it. I imagine nobody wants to farm for materials in gamezaion, for that upgrade xD

    So its a win-win situation for both players and server.

    No they can't "just get the fuse and be done with it" the level CAP is removed, the level requirement is still there along with the universal "cannot put a higher level item as a combine to a lower level combine" mechanic.
