    I have problem with the ncsoft laucher....when im trying to start it i got this message:

    [Update error] File cannot be accessed.
    The update may be in use another program.
    Restart your computer and try it again.If this problem persists,please contact Customer Support at http//:us.ncsoft.com/en/support/.

    I tried to restart my pc and delete the launcher but....it didn't help :/

    when i open the nc launcher only news and store. dont have the aion. why is that?

    you opened the "old" launcher. When you update to 4.0, there will be another stand alone NCsoft launcher. The old one is already useless. The launcher is NClauncher. But the NCsoft Game Launcher will remain the same. (this is where you repair the client and where you can play Aion retail) The Gamezaion launcher is another thing (this is where you can play Gamezaion)

    If you've updated from the NCSoft Launcher, you should have another folder called "NCWest" in your program files
    There's another stand-alone launcher in NCWest that'll update your aion to 4.0

    Yes,i have there is one NCWest folder but i cant start this Launcher...again...
    [Launcher error]
    Please restart your launcher.

    if someone has a problem regarding the new nclauncher you can pm me and i can probably give some tips regarding on how to fix it.

    about this, on the topic, i figured that when you open the new nclauncher through the NCWest/NCLauncher, you will get that error. You have to open the Aion icon which can be seen on your desktop to be able to resume/start your download. Yes i had confirmed that you can resume your download from where you left it.
