New set and skills?

    just some few questions:

    is there any available new PVE set and weapin? if there it is.. what the name and where can we farm it?

    my 2nd question is about on rangers advance stealth or hide.. im wondering while in PVP at katalam and im a gunslinger and equip an athercannon.. and has a SCC set.. I hunting a ranger named reighnbowz one of the topkiller.. I use eye to see him but when I follow him I cant even close to him and hit him.. maybe his speed is still on its normal while on the hide..

    btw my speed is 9.1 normal.. but if his speed was like about 9.4 maybe I can go near..

    now my question is... IS THAT A BUG?

    Don't really know about the PvE stuff.

    About the ranger? He could be in hide with SoW and Mau Form and he'd still be pretty fast and be able to keep his distance. Can't really say without some sort of picture/video what exactly happened.

    As far as I'm aware, the Windstream bug was fixed so I doubt that's the case.
