    Have you tried restarting your client?

    Are you sure they are both enabled in the Chat tab options?

    on all my account chars happen this...what kind of bug is and this and how to risolve it? i relog few times and same thing......

    I would run the Gamez Installer again. Maybe you're missing a file or something.
