All that explanation for wrong info...

Just want to inform the guy properly.

Attack speed cap is 50% of the weapon's base attack speed

Example: Polearm has 2.8 base attack speed so the cap attack speed for using this weapon is 1.4
Greatsword has 2.4 attack speed so the cap for it is 1.2 and not 1.3

Another thing, if you use WotC L2 and attack speed scroll, you won't get affected by attack speed debuffs as much as people who only have WotC L1 does.
