    Just update your OS to windows 7 you will need to sooner or later lots of the games will stop supporting XP anyway.

    for ur info im not usng own pc but playing at cyber cafe...and this owner cyber cafe dont wan upgrade to win 7......when i or other custemer asking about upgrade win 7 tat owner cyber cafe like ignore and say coming soon .l. this ad 13day 4.0 hit gamez

    staffs said aion private servers are not supporting winxp but how come i can play other private server without an error?

    so players that are using winxp are obligated to update their os whether they like it or not? because staffs don't care to their players anymore?
    because ever since this os problem i never seen a staff posted a thread that they are fixing it or some how. instead i seeing staff posting shitness
    on other thread trolololol.

    Actually its not the Win XP OS that is the problem. all XP users can play Aion Official with Win XP. The problem here is that Admins here in Gamez Aion cannot make their "d3d8thk.dll" file compatible with Windown XP. I think that file is required for us to connect to Gamez server instead of Official Aion.

    true, i noticed that when updating gamez gives d3d8thk.dll and it will give you client error for winxp user. but without that you can login but the problem now is the no server error. i wonder why staffs are not fixing it i heard it almost 3 weeks since the update and still having this problem.
    now im playing retail
