and the other account was just for new class skills testing, how is it possible Multivoter alert for me -.-

 

Character Crash.

Hello this morning i tried to log into Aion my character was in katalam once i load in my client instantly crashed my other characters who are in differently locations are working perfectly fine. A friends account who was also in katalam is also having this same issues, how can this be fixed?

 

Your character is most likely stuck
Logon to the website and send an unstuck request and after the next server restart, your character should be working again!

GM can u help me about my problem??? cause my character is maybe stuck because i had encounter a send log error when i am logging in my character.....

Go at the panel control on the web site and unstuck your char, then wait for server restart.

 

My characters are still stuck even though they've been unstuck.

Hello everyone!

Yesterday 3 out of 4 of my toons started to create "Send Logs" when attempting to enter the game with them.
I made Unstuck Requests on all of them.

Today when I tried to access my toons I saw the Poeta Loading Screen and thought to myself "Nice! My toons have been unstuck"

But the Send Logs keep coming back and I can't even enter in Poeta at the spot were unstuck toons arrive.



My client is updated, files are repaired. Problem is still there though.

Would be truly thankful if someone could help me with this.

I think this could only be solved by a server restart.

 

a lot of players got stuck, my own Am toon as well. we are very sorry about this inconveniance, we are looking forward to find a solution for this problem.

No, no success so far.
From what I've heard the entire <Evil Geniuses> legion (which my toons are members of) and all its members have been struck by this bug.

I can only enter the game with those toons that aren't in the legion.

How about you? Any success on your part?

 

Is any member that is able to invite from that legion unstuck? Would like to join to test if it's the legion which is bugged. If I get stuck, then it is.

 

I'm also member of <Evil Geniuses> and no wonder when I logged on last time on my alt, I didn't see any of you guys in our usual hangout spot

I think Paulabela nailed it. All my characters that are part of <Evil Geniuses> legion cannot login. They are on two different accounts and all my other toons that are still working have no legion.

Stuck in Poeta

Well after completing every single quest there is to do in Poeta and recieving my awesome title form y hard work.
I'm stuck in Poeta. Here's 2 of the things I've tried doing

• Flight in the first village itself
• Permos

Neither of those npc's will teleport me to the sanctum, is it possible to request my character being moved over to there?

I have a few other ingame accounts that never had this issue, I would like to resolve this as soon as possible as well.

Any help in advance would be appreciated
