PvP set, rank requirements were removed from all the items, the best sets/weapons are Mythical Abyss, that are supposed to be for governors only. (Not implemented yet)
PvE, still Tiamat Guard's.
Wings, Wings of the Circle Lv2 of course.
Accessories, Lv65 abyss eternal accessories set
Spear, mythical abyss spear, and L65 extend spear. (Not implemented yet)
Greatsword, read above, change spear to greatsword
Manastones, still Lv70

How can i put picture in the signature?

 

1. Yes. Still, 4.0 instances aren't implemented.

4. You can buy with:
a. Mithril medals: GSD/ASD Items.
b. Insignias: Just PvE items, not sure which ones, haven't tested. PvP Items aren't accessible. NPCs were removed.

It's still DDL+HAC, until they implement the new extends and mythical items.
