    Unfortunately, i dont think the same way and have to agree with Kamekacy. Governor sets is just around the corner. This all just a tactic to lure us to spend our credit and donate for more. But in other words, Governor sets and WOC2 are worth to have it. However this is just my point of view.

    Just to crush some of your hopes and rumours. NCsoft Developers are the ones who created this Wings of the Circle with conditioning. Not Gamez developers.
    There is only WoC, WoC1 and WoC2. A WoC3 or other variants giving cast speed does not exist in the item database.

    However to those who does wish to own a pair of WoC2, it is better to get one sooner than later. No one knows how long they'll stay in the shop.

    devs have the ability to mess the stats of a current items we have (like they do most of the time)
    ex. a lv1 weapon with 999999 atk on it
    so a woc3 or edited stat wings are possible

    True, but it isn't exactly the best idea to go mess with equipments and then distribute it openly. It'll simply cause more mess than good.
    And certainly not a good idea to have cast speed wings, just imagine clerics/sorcs having constant 0.3 cast speed, they become immortal.

    And you do know WoC1, and 2 are test items, right? Those aren't the only items in the data base with those exact condition stats.

    Because it wouldn't make any sense for their wallet. Having WoC 2 permanent would not force the players to donate.
