Enlightenment

After post a possible hack I received this answer from the GM:
"Animations are legit, considering the items he is using."
Well I tried several conbination with my Bard, including (to really try several combinations) my WOC2 and I could not have the save result as it is possible to see in my video (in game report section - Katelyne)
So I'd like to ask to my fellows players which gear combination I must try in order to have that cast speed (even without scroll),
as the GM said... "considering the items he is using."

By the way.... when Gamez became 4.0 somebdy posted about the new balanced pvp stats or whatever... I'd like to know when is it going to be implemented.
Also In Danaria I'd like to know why only asmos have godlike NPC so they can be cowardly protected behind them.

Please an enlightenment would be very much appreciated !

 

He has clear animations of his skills. On the note of asmos having op guards is because ely outnumber asmos 2-1 or 3-1 most of the time so they camp that area. If you don't camp the guards wouldn't be a problem
