got new video card...but my monitor is old kinda...should i use hdmi video card exit? or vga is fine? i can buy adaptor for cable hdmi but will change with anything quality?

 

If your video card is full HD support with a resolution of 1920x1080 same as the resolution of your monitor.. Well you must use HDMI cable so you will experience full HD screen.. But if your monitor is small with like have a maximum of 1366x768 (the common monitors) thrn vga cable is fine.

If by game play quality you mean smoothly game play, I don't think so. what could be different are the colors

 

nope.. if you want higher than that.. you need to buy a bigger monitor with higher resolution.. i think full HD starts on 24"
