Suggestion for Voting System and others

We cannot deny that gamezaion is loosing players, why? because of the voting system, lots of people who play gamezaion were unable to vote, and majority of them are playing from net cafe.

My suggestion is this, why not implement a voting system that detects the IP/Mac address of a particular PC, we all know that every pc has a unique MAC address and once pc has been used to vote cannot vote again even clearing browser history, so implemeting this kind of voting system will not promote multi voting because a mac address is being detected, i know it has been implemented before why not bring it back, also upon implementing this kind of voting system comes a restriction by changing the 12hour window to a full 24hour window of voting, also to request for a 15/20 vote credit for that exact 24hours, and the last if to have a 12-15day VIP that will cost 800 credits just to balance the market.

This Just come to my head because i've observed that by day to day basis people playing gamez continue to drop and their main reason is unable to vote

Let me Re-iterate
1. Setting Vote System to Detect MAC address instead of ISP (1PC to 1 Gamezaion player on a day to day basis only)
2. Changing from 12Hour window to vote to a full 24Hour with credits of 15/20 per vote
3. 15 days VIP that will cost 800-900 credits to be fair to the server owner

Hope this suggestion will be considered by AM/GM/ADMIN of this server

Personally i dont want this server to be deserted soon, if players quit there wont be any more to Pvp or Zerging,
if that happen what the use of you level 65 gear if there is one out there

some of us hate zergs but we must admit that we having fun with that, even trolling one another , thats fun, frustrating but still fun, i bet you people always want a payback when you get zerge or killed by a toon, zerging is mindless killing but it totally fun rioting to other race and vice versa

4. please remove the safe zone in katalam, make it just like inggison and gelkmaros, i just feel that were a bunch of pussies running to the safe zone,
this is war people, kill or be killed theres no safe zone. only bases, trolling and trolled

 

i agree with this suggestion that more pvp player was leave gamezaion because it wont vote because of the IP/Mac adress dectected for one pc to other pc in net caffe, however this suggestion will not red/listen/care to all AM,head AM and admin.. and i already post this kind of suggestion i sad to say that im leaving too gamezaion game to say goodbye..

"majority"? Please there are barely more than 20-30 people in cafes, if you make the voting per pc then those same people in the cafes will just go to 5-6 computers and vote on each one. Oh and if a single person votes on a pc in a cafe, everyone after him won't be able to do it so nothing will change.

 

then i dont care,its useless to you because you're rich person so spend alot of your money then buy more item in gameshop
and donate more or donating money, you know its useless to me to play this game because im wasting my money for this useless game, i will buy my money for food not to donate...

yes its nothing will change so leaving on the game server is the best for us and for those people who played this game..

 

the voting issue doesn't just affect gamers who plays from net cafe's. I play at home alone and I still can't vote. I always get a random remaining time before I can vote every time I try. I also have only one account. I haven't been able to vote since gamez launch 4.0 rebooting my modem on a daily basis.

 

that why voting restriction will be implemented for 12h to a full 24h,this players will not be able to vote on same account on other pc because account recognition of voting is always implemented ever since and that that 1 account will be only able to vote after the 24H window, it will also be hard on their part to jump pc to pc just to vote to their other account, because a scene in a net cafe where majority there is many users because its a public place, unless of course the net cafe dont have any customer but the person who plays aion and that has prettly low chance.

just a reminder, not all people who play aion have their own pc and internet connection,

maybe we can grab the AM/GM/ADMIN attention if we continue to tell them that this is for the server to survive., or should we say just delete the Suggestion Section in the forum because it has no use.

It will change once you don't have any more player to troll. and eventually you will get tired because no one is hell stronger than you.
not all people can donate, their not like us rich kids who always pay. that's why there is an option to vote, or if no one will be able to vote why not also delete the voting section and just focus and donation, it will be a very boring if you only rely on your money and donate, where's the excitement in that. and that will make the server to drop population in time.

 

I will be still able to vote with my pc, laptop, ipad and phone. So that idea with mac adres sucks.

 

About vote problem i think admin set it like that to have more donations.............cuz i alos play at home and i can't vote say 6 min's then enter after 3 mins and say "Already vote try again in 720 min" I also realy think to leave if continue in that way...........

This suggestion will not prevent multi-voting rather, it will make it massive.

1 PC, 1 account?? Net cafe players will just make more than 1 account to be able to vote on those accounts at the same time using different units. So every 12hrs. (or 24hrs. based on what you're suggesting) a player can farm more than the supposed points for an individual when he vote for more than 1 account. This is what multi-voting is. It is not about being able to vote for your account twice within the allowed time because we all know that's not possible because the system recognizes an account when it's already voted, but to be able to get points in another account/s every 12hours using a different IP or in this suggestion, different PC. And as pointed out by Insanitybg, if greedy players tend to multi-vote using the units in the net cafe or a particular player vote using a particular unit, then those who weren't able to vote after that player wont be able to vote, so same drama in the end. Now, how is your solution to 1 PC per 1 account can solve this problem??

Make the voting every 24hours and double the credits to make up for the cut time to vote?? The explanation about why your suggestion about 1 PC per account is not going to happen is above, now regardless of how many times you can vote in a day is not going to solve the said problem. As I can see you just want voting to be easier for you. Because voting twice a day is troublesome. You've got to watch the time to be able to vote twice for that day and get credits. You miss some hours, you lose points for that day... Yes it's very troublesome.

Servers are losing players?? The server got plenty of this kind of speculations in the past and still getting it. Different server versions, different people saying the server is dying but guess what?? It's still up and running

Forget it, Suggestion will not be catered in this server as all people say, they didn't even consider a thing.

Just close this thread, Delete the Suggestion Section, and keep that Voting system, focus on Donation, and lets play Retail. its free.

first off sanctum is still packed and those that arent there are zerging in katalam so nah i think the population is fine

 

Dude rly, the population is super bad, more and more ppl are leaving and moving to a more populated server, if the admins don't do something to get more ppl on... then this server will be empty...

Siel might be fine from the looks of all the trading threads in the forum, but Lumiel has 120 people total at peak times. Yes it's still up and running, yes people have always said after an update that the servers are dying, but we've never recovered the lost numbers, we get used to the lower population and move on. Though if this does keep on by 4.5 Lumiel will have to be merged into Siel cause by then we'd be 50 people total.
