What is the use of this blood mark coins?

Hi there !
can any one help whats the use of this coins? what can it buy and does,, and where could it be used? please some one help me i'm struggling in the in-game with this ? some one :innocent:

 

blood mark is used to obtain lv65 heroic pvp armor, weapon and accessory in katalam.

 

the blue item only ? why cant it be used to buy the eternal one's to the npc in katalam,, it seems more cool than the heroic,, and i tried to buy some but the npc said "there are some items that cant be bought from this npc"? how can that happen if i were to get the requirement to buy it already,, why cant be sold already?
this thing makes me really confused :unsure:

All the other bloodmark gear is locked.

 

why is it locked sir? for what some reason? when could it be unlocked ? so that i can avail the new features of aion 4.0,, and seems other players already have these,,

 

just donate or vote to gain credits

 

other players do not have them your are seeing the blue versions. the eternal and fabled are unobtainable in game so that it doesnt devalue the current pvp gear in the cash shop so unfortunately they will probably not be unlocked for a very long time

 

its a boring remodeling item anyway

 

aw,, thanks,, now i got myself unconfused,, any way,, im justgonna do blood mark quest,, coz the voting seems not to be working,, ill, wait then,, within two months i "think" its gonna be unlock,, hmm,, i hope so,, or very soon
