needing help with launching

    it says not available in your country even though i live in canada... help? and or another message saying cannot open file. help please.

    Delete the 2_enu folder, open the NCsoft launcer and hit File Repair, you're missing a folder inside L10N

    mmm so i deleted that folder and clicked file repair and nothing changed in the L1ON Folder
