what I ment is instant skills gunners really have no cast skills when they use the duo-guns.

I mean yeah any class can spam skills obviously but gunners can spam the skills the fastest tbh

 

..... rangers don't have casting skills either(at least ones u use in pvp)

 

yeah rangers are pretty good spammers too I guess they got some instant and some 1-2 second skills ;p

Sorc = bad spammer without cast buffs

WTF? instant silence, silence,sleep,stun,fear and resist ... UD, Ironclad ? Best of sorc/cleric/SM combined into 1 class ?
i never knew sorc cleric sm had instant silence, silence,sleep,stun,fear and resist ... UD, Ironclad, where can i buy those skillz ^_^ i must be a noob to have missed those past 2 years of playing aion point me to the NPC right now

 

Yea....wtf is ironclad? Lol bards only skill that decreases dmg is their 12 second buff that gives 25% pvp defence and UD..stackable with their other buffs which is fkin op its like having barricade on a sorc lol...and bards silence is nowhere near instant you have one cast skill and one instant skill after before you can even use silence.

 

i understand what he said. He is referring to BARD. The problem is you dont understand. Keep in mind of (COMBINED IT INTO 1 class, pref not sorc, cleric and sm). Haha!

well u forgot that sorc have 30% elem buff for 1 min ....it can make u a banana(sleep) 3 times......in every discution u talking about your sm like u are god^^ . the only thing atm... bards are new chars and ppls dunno yet well to defend em. and i have a guess that on gamez bard dmg formula is broken i've watching close on every dlr run.....bard get 50% dmg less from aoe skill than my sorc/sm and i use same set on all 3 chars u can test yourself if dont belive me

 

Ya know, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if the Bards do become some all powerful class anyhow. Taken into account when you consider NCSofts stupid Love Fetish for Magic Casters in their mmos would it become at all surprising? I got off of official Tera Online (been playing since last year) to once again try official Aion just to play the new classes.

I haven't played Bards enough since the one I have on the legit server is only like, lvl 35 atm. The other part is that I don't know if their are differences between official to Gamez when pertaining to classes right now but Bards can't be ruled out in becoming a dominant force given they are new classes and their potential is most likely not been truly tapped yet.

However seeing as how the history of NcSoft and their catering to the Magic Casters, this again wouldn't surprise me. So in the future if I see a PvP Tier List for Aion and Bards are in the top-3 or 4, it would be typical of this companies mmo trend.

Consider that didn't NcSoft nerf the PvP auto-attack damage for 4.0? That's what I've been reading and hearing (I can't tell considering I had just jumped back on official in well over a year & a half of absence so can't distinguish w/ my Templar however it seems Sins have been hit the hardest by this). This basically poops on weaving in general, especially for Sins though whom arguably are the most reliant upon this.

I guess Magic Classes weren't "compensated" enough so they felt the need to do this, gg Aion. Makes me want to run over those idiots at NcSoft w/ my car . Lastly to get back on topic again, Bards will most likely be strong when players reach full potential on this class, it's NcSoft, they will never allow a magic caster to become bad.

 

In 4.5 they are releasing attack speed fuses for bard can i just say...YOU AINT SEEN NOTHING YET MWUAHHAAHAHAHA!...On a side note.....You know on official the governors are like sins and gladiators for a reason...Oh and must i mention TEMPLARS HOLY FUX? Oh yea sure but casters no they are most OP! lol...Sm maybe ...but as the power scale goes In my book....Spiritmaster, Templar, Sin, after that it kinda depends but those 3 classes are most definitely the most OP.

 

A high ranking for a sin is irrelevant in a conversation of PvP. Not to mention more SMs are in the top-5 then any other class.

Templars? Please, I main one on official (lvl 60+) and we are only deceptively "powerful" due to our sustain with arguably the worst dps in the game, not to mention horrendous cool downs (I miss '09 Templar sigh). However because of the official changes, Weaving in general is nerfed, which also would apply to *gasp* our class as well.

With the scaling of MA to MR, it without question benefits Magic Casters, and has been for quite some time. Auto-Attacks being nerfed, ask how that is justifiable when PvP damage was already nerf prior too that. Some Sins are noting upward of up to 50% damage reduction with the new nerf.

So a class that was made to deal w/ Magic Casters now has to spend more time killing them, in which those same classes already have skills of their own to deal with Sins already. SMs, Priest and Sorcs are absolutely brutal to deal with on official, especially the first two classes. In some cases I would say its worse here due in part to the fact that everyone is running around with Maxed out gears, forcing Melee classes to having to rely upon MR sets more so then official which in case again negates our overall ability to deal greater damage output.

However, I've said too much, Bards would not surprise me if they become a contender. Given what they can do w/ damage and the capability to heal as well, kudos.

 

Bards dps takes time to build up... Yes, they have powerful nukes kinda in same power range as sorc... but you have to look at the entire arsenal of class to really see its potential... heal, dps, dispell, stun, stagger, mana heal all sound great ohh shit is bundle in one class. Even with woc lvl 2 bard's animation take so long even instant unless you ani-hacking you can see difference... I LOL ani hackers on bards easy to frap lol and turn in. anyways... sorc arsenal buffs are still build for faster and bigger burst. Bard isnt to bad. However with bards higher mana consumption and being clothie you can see why bards have heals and mana heals... they need it. Also bards may have heal but on zergy server like this bards are good support dmg class nothing more. SM can strip bards to nothing , sorcs can out dps their heals, sin/rangers/ and gunners can definitely out dps them. cleric probably can have problem with mana drain but still questionable. Temps dps right now in insane and they still have very strong defensive capabilities and unless you going full ma/mb aether armor will give you trouble since you do not have ma buffs like sm and sorcs. and Bard cc are shadow compare to its clothie cousins. I feel like bard is more defensive support on end stick with group like sm in reverse. Can keep main healer healed while cleric is healing group like a chanter. Can help with little cc, dmg, and keeping healer mana's up as for everone, and can be self efficient to keep themselves heal, and doing dmg same time. I like bard a lot. But even with little burst they have they do not compare to sorc where all skills do dmg, bards have 40 percent of their skill does dmg only 5 hit hard as those screen shots. Same with sm all dmg and debuff, and dispell. These are details you need to consider gl on your decision either way I am sure you going to find a fit for you. Sorry also Kinda went on circle there 12 hour shift kinda tired LOL

 

Well i was talking about strictly gamez...Official sure...Spiritmasters are just brutal as hell, Templars there have to choose between dps and heals /defence .etc etc...bards dont really loose too much power they do have to choose between heals and dps but they can still keep their basic combos like spiritmaster. And well sins I know someone on retail who would disagree about sins being weak in any way at all lol...And really the only reason to go Mr is to resist godstones and well....bards i guess lol cus thats about all ur gona resist.
