    according to pay pal he HAS to refund.. he has not ULA agreement that is legal or binding... guess he should have listened to me / others long ago course.. feels good to have that money back its like Christmas

    Carl's just a victim of his own selfish ignorance. Nothing more. The fact that he can't post a valid reason, or even a simple reply to this thread, just proves that he doesn't really care about what happens to the community or where things go from here.
