Bard the new dps magic class?

I never use this skill but I tried in on a 1 star sorc and basically 1 hitted them crit or not still Op damage for bard.

Also I'm full MA not Mb.

 

My favorite thing to do to sorcs is still Sleep, stinging note (-300 mr), para, fluttered note, moonlight lament, Dance off (aoe sleep), 3 chain silence, root, Syncopated Echo, Paean of Pain, Throne song chain, Stun, and end with treble cleave ....yea i mean if it takes that long...which it doesn't lol.

 

I like the combo you teached me for clerics - Sleep para > sleep then dots/silence etc it really helps ;p

My combo for sorc is usally just debuff 2 dots, silence (dots) and then nuke them (similar to sm) it works most of the time seen as sorc always try and sleep me at first which fails 90% of the time but that combo sounds good ima try it.

 

I think both got a good DPS nor the Bard class is like semi SM and got heal too..

 

You get a chance to cleanse it if you do this Dance off- Paralyze- Freestyle, but it could work if you use Freestyle first and then Dance off.

 

Exactly you got to time it 99% right if you sleep then para and if the next sleep is even 1-2 seconds late it's possible for the cleric to clense that para away.

I have failed a few times on certain clerics I'm guessing ones with 2600-2700 MR they 'resist' my 2550 ma on some skills mostly my para don't ask me how x.x

Either way I still beat the cleric it's just that the above combo makes the fight heller shorter otherwise you could be there for 5-10mins if there a good cleric.

 

I have a different ******* tactic against clerics, I just spam Dragon's song and drain them from MP LOL! And then they are dead.

 

Rofl love that skill I usally do it on melee classes cuz they are orginally like 4-5k MP and that Dragon song drains basically 95% of there MP + you got the other mp drain (the silence chain skill also drains) = 0 Mp love it lol

they resist because bard sleep adds mr ...stupid gamez bug lol. it adds 300+ Mr.

IKR.....gives clerics almost 3k mr when u use it on them XD

 

Talking about PVE damage, sorc is still better even in CC build. Talking about PVP damage, it depends on the target's class, a simple example a sorc can kill a glad much more quickly than a SM, but a SM will kill a temp much more quickly than a sorc, because they can dispel the temp's defensive buffs. Songweaver can dispel buffs too however their dispel speed is much slower than a SM, so if the temp cover their defensive buff well, the songweaver will not be able to kill them fast. Not to mention that songweaver dispels count is 2 while some templar's buffs require dispels count of 3 (iron skin, UD)

 

I dont know about that whole thing with sm's killing glads slower than sorcs..personally it takes me longer to kill glads on sorc than on my spiritmaster simply cus it takes a spiritmaster about 6 seconds and well there is no sleep required at all..

 

Then all mages in danaria should be SM because there are a lot of temps and glads, however the fact is that it's hardly to see a SM.
