Gelkmaro/Inggison Coin fountain

There is this fountains located at Inggison and at Gelkmaros.(the main fortresses) wich you can exchange Gold medals for platinum medals.
Since Gold medals are extremely useless in 4.0 i suggest that you guys bring back this fountain. So Newbs can obtain platinum medals from gold medals. So they can atleast get a ABG set instead of the EAT set that you guys are giving free on the lvl gifts...
Dont make the game so tough to the newbs please :>

 

They new players start with APP/GPP sets now but the fountain would be nice to have back

 

Playerd are getting level 55 App sets as starter gear, and nobody bothers farming gold medals, since plats/mithrils are easy to obtain with quests/events

 

well then there are no reasons to have this fountain blocked.

 

That fountain is not locked, it's bugged, as it's bugged in Retail too; since a long time now

 

Wouldnt exactly call it "easy" but it is not hard either, just time consuming but doable.


@On topic, um the exchange rate is like 1/10 so not exactly worth doing. I remember wasting 150 plat medals just to get 12 mithrils..

 

yeah but having some plats is good. Gold medals are super useless now.
