Relogging Issue

I've been getting this problem regarding re-logging / switching accounts since the last update.

- I try to log out then gets disconnected right after the 10 seconds countdown.
- I hit "Reconnect" button, it then brings me to log-in screen.
- I log in an account, select a character and hit "Start" button.
- It loads then suddenly the games just closes before the loading completes with no error message or anything of the sort.

Anyone else experiencing the same problem or any idea how to get around this problem?

 

Some of us in the team do too. A problem that is already forwarded to Carl since yeah... It's really annoying >.<

 

are you using a ping reducer? like lowerping or pingzapper? same thing happens on me after the 10 countdown but when i hit the reconnect too i just connect my ping reducer again.. and it will work.

 

Yep, your best bet to handle this; is that once you 'Reconnect' select a different character, log into it and sit there for like a couple minutes. Then go back to character screen and it should work.

If your switching servers; restart the client select again a different character than the one that is being a pain in the bums do the same.

Seems to work for me. But, yea; its a pain in the arse.

Hopefully it gets fixed soon. I'm using a ping reducer which forces me to re-log every after 1 hour and it's really annoying to load the game every hour >.>

Seems that we are all getting that issue, I do get that too and it is really annoying, when I logout from my legit and go on my AM account, I go to select char and then the client closes itself and I have to open it again, it is annoying for real.
But as Uehara said, the problem has been forwarded to Carl already. Now we gotta be patient <3

 

well thats it.. you might using pingzapper that disconnect after a 1 hr trial.. you just need to drag "off" to "on" so you will be not dc after you reconnect.
