[Spoiler] Pokémon: The Origin

I always thought Mewtwo was a clone made off Mew.. But now watching the new anime based on the Pokémon Games; they come up with this "Mewtwo is Mew 's child" lol?




Anyone with a bit more information about it?

Uhm, pokemon was really nice when it first came out. The very first pokemon movie was great, now i think they are just making stuff up since in the first movie it is clearly shown that mewtwo is a clone made by mew's DNA. By the way, you guys still watching pokemon? That's a new generation of series or what? I havent watched pokemon in well over 12 years, though i did play some of the games.

By the way is it just me or the new generation pokemon look lame? Or maybe im an old school pokemon fan and that's why i only like the gen 1 stuff?

The series though I do not like it one bit has been way too much prostituted, no respect for it already.

 

I do still watch Pokémon, but I don't really like the other generations, the first one was too great to be replaced. But this Pokémon Origins is based off the games, and the only pokémon out of the first generation that is in it (at least the first 4 episodes that are in the air), is the blue fire evolution of Charizard, it's like a rage transformation; it goes back to Charizard after he's calmed or something like that xD and the main character is red; just like the manga/games

And yea, the new generations (>2) are lame XD

 

from what ive seen all the new pokemon are just crappy retouched copies of the older ones =/

 

gen 1 and 2 are great gen 3 was my limit everything else sucks ass through a straw....and no mewtwo is obviously mew's clone with genetic enhancements lol.

 

I just read some of the articles i want to know from Bulbapedia. And yes I too agree that the 1st - 3rd Generation of pokemon was awesome. And If the creators of the Anime made Ash Kethum the way he is now which is 16 years of age instead of 10 would be much more interesting. Their goal on the Anime still targets all these kids around 6-10 years of age that's why Ash Kethum still looks like 10 all through these years since Pokemon started. Its been all over more than 10 years and still the creators of the Anime make Ash made look like 10.

 

Ash is still 10 years old because in the very first episode of Pokemon he saw a Ho-Oh which is said to bring eternal happiness to whoever sees it. Of course that was just a marketing trick to have pokemon air for 20 years xD.
