Load fail issue

Hi,
I have a problem, maybe from when indian depths are open.
If I describe a list of events, you can understand the problem.
I'm a pve player and I do quests.
I was making "Distract The Balaur" quest in Gelk, when I delivered my 21th repeatable quest: I had my first problem, I could not get 22th quest for a load fail.
I asked to a online player about some update: “yes, indian depths are open. Ok, np, after any update there are always some bug, so go to next quest”
I went to indian depths for check: I saw environment but I could not get any quest (load fail again).
No problem, I went back to Gelk and I started to do some quest in my list and first yellow quest of gelk.
When I finished my list in gelk I noticed the problem again: I can not take a lot of available quests because I get load fail message with code about number quest on my “accept”.
I checked and it does not happen to my friend so Monday I launched File Repair and then gamezlauncher (yes I needed an update from official, maybe from august!) but problem persisted.
So Wednesday I reinstalled all and update from official and then (after open game once by NCsoft game) I open by gamezlauncher but again problem persisted.
Now I have no more available blue quests in Gelk but maybe there are others:
For example I would get [Daily] Exterminator Duty from Svidar but I get load fail q21229.
For example I would get [Daily] Your Butler's Gift from Shugo in my studio but I get load fail q28821.
For example I would get Distract the Balaur from Hnikar but I get load fail q210025.
For example I would get The Great Drana Search from Mophius in Sarpan but I get load fail q41166.
Today (Friday) I used again File Repair and open by gamezlauncher but problem persists. My friend tried my account by his pc and so it’s not an issue of client, now I use forum. Who can help me please?

 

Load fail is known bug, and there is no fix for it at the moment. You're going to need to be patient until a fix comes out.

 

Patient ok but I know that there were some quests with load fail in any environment (normal known bug).
Now I have 90% blue quests of total list in gelk (I did 15 quests in total) and sarpan in load fail, while they are available for players as my friend. Do you confirm that this is a known bug?

 

Yes. Some players can't even finish their campaign quests because of the same bug. And as LordCurlyFry said; there is no fix for it atm

 

ok, I will be patient.
Anyway, 90% blue quests is great number, only in Gelk they would be over 150 blue quests.
I take a break for 1 month and I hope that a fix comes out.

over 1 month has passed: news?
My PG almost finished its campaign quests (yellow quest) in Gelk (almost because fortresses are ely), so I would try some of +150 blue quest in Gelk, or of + 150 in Sarpan or Tiamarant but I obtain always "load fail": all quests which my friend with his PG can take and complete.
I can not yet fight in Crucible Coliseum at Marchutan Priory because arena tickets are given by Reigar (I obtain load fail q28215)...

 

maybe something wrong with your client..cause i can take arena ticket from daily..just reinstall..and copy your aion friend )

It's not client problem. In fact
1) my friend, on 23th november 2013, updated game and client then he logged in my account to try and verify bug and couldn't take arena tickets for my templar PG.
2) I play pve with only one PG (a templar) and it looks like if this PG has reached its limit of blue quests (I have done that can complete and when I try to take a new quest I take a fail load. For example, today (25th november) I try to take arena ticket with my gladiator (lv 48 and only 28 completed quests) with success, while my templar (lv65, 954 completed quest) can not again take tickets: same client, different result.
So I wonder if bug is due to number quests done...is there a cap for max number of completed quests?

 

There is no cap to completed quests - only to those in progress. As for your load fail issue, it is character based and you should be able to do the quests on another character - this bug exactly is the one we cannot find a fix for.

 

Hi,
I take 6 months of pause (sometimes I logged in to the game only in order to keep my account) and then I'd want to go on this post.
2 questions:

1. I don’t see upgrade of my post by GM so I think the issue is persisting.

"Creating an another PG in order to complete the last quests" is not option for me: too wasted time and, as I wrote, I’m a PvE player so quest counter is important.
I’d prefer to wait for fix if GM tell that they are working on it.

2. In this week I restart to play GamezAion.
I needed to upgrade 4.5 and patching but now I can log in my old account.
My account control 8 PG: 7 crafter PG and a main PG (tank lv60, the reason of this post).
I verify it again today: I have a new problem with my main PG.
I can load and play the others PG while I take a server disconnection or a crash when I try to load my tank.
I think this new problem is related to issue in this post…
