SuperRewards donation problem

Guys, I donated for the first time using SuperRewards via mobile(Boku). After I donated and received my credits successfully. I wanted to donate again, but the button where you will choose the amount to donate is gone. Pls kindly help me.

I got a subscription for Quickflx through them and never got my credits.

 

Oh. Well i got my credits almost instantly. But when I wanted to donate again. The option disappeared.

got that problem before fixed in just an hour

 

Means the SuperRewards company removed the donating option on your account. (not sure why they do this maybe they mis-detect fraud).

I have had the same problem and it's been like it for 2 years now and I still can't use the method so now I got use to payment wall to donate.

Other way for this solution is to create a new account (as the method will be available again) but there's a high chance it will get removed again.

Try contacting SuperRewards.

SuperRewards may of more payment methods then payment wall however they are slower at giving credits and pretty bad with the service (removing methods) etc as for payment wall they may not have alot of payment methods but they got most methods but paypal, google check out and a few more however credits are almost instant.

My guess is it has a limit per week in donating in some countries? Or Reyzzhor is banned just what Jensen has said, Or just SuperRewards just suck. XD

 

There's no limit cause you lost all the SuperRewards payment methods not just boku you even lost the surveys.

It's a pain I know >.<

Nope, that happens to me too. But after a while maybe weeks, it became normal.

 

Yes, there is a month limit, I'm not sure the amount limit but there is one

 

Thanks for all the helpful replies. For the moment, I'll donate via Payment wall. I'll just wait and see if the SuperRewards in my account return back to normal.
