Donation problem

after transacting pasaload donation using paymen-wall*, i didnt recieved my credits, dafuq, it took my load

 

as far I know...is a full transactions day ...is not instant deliver allways...cant take even 24 hrs sometimes.

 

No my friend, i usually donate via Smart Pasaload and I instantly gets my credits after the donation process, but this one took my load without giving me any credits, btw it wont matter anymore. Just fix the donation please. I dont want this thing to happen anymore.

Just click > my account and then 'missing donations' as showed on the screen shot below.

As for admin it's not a error on there part, you got to contact payment wall about the issue.

and it can take up to 24 hours.

I brought credits my self before and I got credits within 10 seconds and the second time I got credit it took 4 hours so the time rate changes it's not always the same.

 

same problem but i got my credits after 2hours just send an message to smart to get your credits.

 

I already did check it, it say my account recieve amount blah blah blah, but my credits is still the same. Its fine though, it taught me a lesson.
