Buying Credits

Hey guys,

Question,

I bought a few hundred dollars worth of credits today a few hours ago.

Its my first time ever donating on gamezaion. I was wondering how long it usually takes for the credits to arrive?

I never had to wait for my transactions to go through before.

Depends on the method if you payed using your phone then its basically instant, if you payed using paypal or credit card it can take a few minutes to a couple of hours.

I used both Paypal and Credit card. It has been about 2 or 3 hours now. Still nothing. I guess I will go sleep and hope to see it in the mourning.

 

I have used all payment methods and yes I have waited over 7 hours paying by paypal.

Payment wall are usually faster then SuperRewards at giving credits.

I am getting this weird message with payment wall saying;

Dear User,

Your *********** Order ######## in Gamez AION is under review by our Risk department to help prevent any fraud on your account.

That is normal?

 

Yes that always happens to me basically they are just making sure the credit card you used to purchase the credits isn't stolen and is in your name.

Today, Woke up. Found most of my credits on my account.

I am still missing 10,000 >.<

Its from superrewards.

 

For some, it took them days before they recieved their credits. So please be patient, if problem persist, consult Ari.
