need a refresher.

its been a while since a played aion. so i got a few questions to refresh my memories.

1. when dual wielding PVP weapons, does the PVP attack and Attack Speed on both weapon stack up?

2. what is the faster way to farm mithril medals?

3. is the rank restriction on specific equips still in place?

4.is the gold/fabled weapons from the blood marks purchasable? coz it a no brainer that the eternal ones are lock because of Greed.
5.Can you get mythical weapons from the instances now?

 

1. Yes for PvP attack, no for Attack Speed. That's the reason they have half the PvP attack on each instead. For the latter, the higher Attack Speed value of the two weapons takes effect.

2. Events (we give out Mithrils now) and special Mithril Medal boxes at Sleeping Elders Plateau, Danaria.

3. No. Anyone can equip any rank restricted gear. On a side note, Governor gears were released as you may have noticed.

4. No. Only the Heroic ones.

5. Yes for L60 ones. We'll have the 4.0 instances implemented will full droplist (e.g. Sauro, Hyperion) next patch most likely.

You can farm Mithril Medals by doing daily/weekly quests in tiamaranta and tiamaranta's eye. You can also farm them from special Medal Chests spawned in Danaria (Sleeping elders plateau). There are around 12 boxes, which respawn every 10 minutes. You either get 1 Mithril medal or a platinum medal from the box, 100% drop rate. You can also obtain Mithril Medals from events now, if you play on Lumiel.

 

tnx for the quick response. this is a sign that changes are being made for the better. i have one more question i forgot to ask.

i need alot of stigma shards because of my GS and SW. are the quests that give 1k Stigma shards available here? i think its the one with red quest markers.
if it isn't available where is the best place to farm shards. coz in katalam they give 5 - 0 stigma shards per monster.
