    For all those who have 7k credits, just save your credits and wait to for woc 2 to come up in item shop. Maybe next year it will be available. Lmao. Juejue. But if your in the rush to have it. Then trade me your 10.5K VIP credits. I have woc 2 in my inventory. Hahaha.

    Rarity will not matter if new wings come out in 4.5 or 5.x with better stats. Who knows.

    WoC 1/2 and items with those conditioning stats are test items, they were never supposed to be obtainable for the players but oh well

    So yea, WoC 1/2 are and will be the best wings for a long time

    Basically, he means that they are the only wings in the game that give the attack speed. Everything else is just stats. HP, MP, Flight Time, Strike Resist, stuff like that, that you can find on the wings in game now, such as Ancient Spirit wings or Tiamat's Spectral.

    It is possible to reach 42% atk speed without woc, so it's only the matter between 8% more atk speed vs huge amount of strike resist strike fortitude spell resist and prob more crit strike.
