    Yesterday i bought pumpkin hat from webshop, but today i log in and i didn't recieve a mail with item. Give me back my pumpking or credits
    in game Furious

    Server? How long did you wait to receive the mail? Is the character you logged in to check for the item's arrival was the character you chose when purchasing the item from the webshop?

    The things you buy from the webshop are delivered to the character you bought it on via express mail. However you have to be online on the said character for the mail to arrive.

    You need to be online for at least 5 minutes on that character for the item to be mailed.
